Cons: non-existent quality assurance, third party repair shop, no customer service.

Got the camera for Christmas and within 10 minutes the lens refused to retract. Had to pay for shipping to their third party repair shop and after 5 weeks have heard nothing. I had emailed them to no avail. Useless camera and useless customer support. By the way, this must be a recurring issue as Kodak actually has this specific error in their radio button list of problems.
