Pros: Good game in general
Cons: It's following up a great game
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to fans of KOF, and those who like their 2D fighters, and can't get a hold of the prequel.

Pros: Old school fighting game, Striker attacks, Counter and Armor modes
Cons: Relatively little new
The Bottom Line: A solid fighter for fans of old school 2D fighting games.

Cons: This game is a lot worst than it's prequel.
The Bottom Line: 99 leaves way to much to be desired, get 98 instead.
