Pros: Good Graphics, All NBA Teams,Players look almost real, Arenas are perfect.
Cons: Nothing I could think of!
The bottom line: I recoommed it for any Basketball fan to play!
I am not a big fan of Basketball, but I sure like to play Basketball games. NBA Jam 2000 is the only basketball game that I have. This game was the first 5 games I got when i brought the N64 and I still play it.
I been through a bunch of seasons and played alot of Exhibition games to get as good as I am in the game now.
This game is very intertaining, Special the Jam Mode.
Lets get started with the review.

Graphics: The Graphics are pertty good, to tell you the truth, the players look almost as real as on TV. All the basketball Arenas in the game looks very real, Specially the outside courts (which you unlock in Jam Mode).

Sounds:The Sounds are perfect as well, The music is great, ususally the problem with the Sounds is the Commitader, he usually says the same old thing over and over, But you can choose to take him off if you get tired of hearing him. The Sound Affects are great, When you put the ball in the hoop it sounds just like in real life.

Controller:It's easy to control the players, you just have to know how to pass and shot the ball, THAT'A ALL. If you want to do a donk, run as fast as posible, go near the hook and press the Shoot button and it will do a cool dunk (Maybe a cool combo).

NBA Jam 200 is seperated by 2 Modes; Sim and Jam Mode.

Jam Mode:This is the 2 on 2 Mode, you can either choose by an Exhibition 2 on 2 game or a Jam Tournament. The Jam Tournament is a big Tournament which you have to beat every team that faces you (If you go through Jam Tournament and beat it, you will unlock the "All New" Outside Court for Exhibition Play).This mode also has Options, And everyone knows what that is, You can set up your game and rules as you like it.

Sim Mode: In Sim Mode you can choose a Exhibition 5 on 5 game, a NBA Play, Wich in this menu you can choose to play a Season or you can skip to a Playoff (However you like). This mode also has a Skill Mode to Practice your 3 pointers and Freethrows (I recommened if you just got this game, practice a little on this mode because the Free throws gets a little hard to master in this game, practice until you can control the Freethrows).



Their's something else I would like to talk about, That's the Creat a Player. This is my favorite Mode, You can make your own Player, Give it a name you like, a Nike name, You can choose a uniform or a cool short for your player. You can make your Player as tall as you like and as much weight as you like. You can make him fast or slow or normal speed type of player.



I would for surely recommend this game to any basketball fan. I mean think; This game as all the NBA teams, Good looknig game, The players look real, The arena are perfect, you can play in an Outside Court, What else does this game need to have to make it the perfect basketball game?
Pules, this game is cheap, you can find it almost ANYWHERE for $19.99, Mostly $9.99 in cheap places.
