This game is fun for everyone in the family. Our kids ages 10, 7 and 4 love to play it. The four year old can't read all the words and doesn't know the songs, but that doesn't stop her from trying to sing and dance.

It's a singing and dancing game. It comes with a microphone and you use the Wiimote to dance. There is no dance pad. You can use both the Wiimote and the nunchuk to "dance". The nunchuk is NOT required. You basically just move the Wiimote to dance and/or snap your wrist to the beat. I couldn't figure out how to sing with the microphone and dance with both the Wiimote and the nunchuk ALL at the same time :) I only have TWO hands!! However, if you're ONLY dancing, then you can use the nunchuck too. Or you can sing and someone else can dance. However, if you decide not to dance, your character still dances.

You have to create a character (if you can call it that) and you only get a few choices. My girls like to have girl characters and there's only one.
You can unlock clothes, but again there isn't a lot. You have to go through stories to unlock songs and honestly the stories are just dumb.
They don't talk either, they make some weird sounds that just gets annoying.

Once you have all your people made, you choose your person, then you pick what you want to do (karaoke, dance, party, etc), then you verify your options,
then pick your stage (you can buy more of these once you have enough money), then you choose your song.
These are all the songs: ABC, Don't Cha, Oops I Did It Again, Dancing Machine, I Want You Back, Kung Fu Fighting, Mambo No. 5, Milkshake, Slave4U, You're The One That I Want(you can pick the male or female part), Brick House, Canned Heat, Fergalicious, Get Right, Get The Party Started, Girls Just Want To Have Fun, Groove Is In The Heart, Karma Chameleon, Let's Get It Started, Pop Muzik, Stars, That's The Way (I Like It), U Can't Touch This, Virtual Insanity, Walking On Sunshine, We Are Family, Baila Me, Boogie Oogie Oogie, Celebration, Le Freak, Love Rollercoaster, One More Time, YMCA, Dancing In the Street, It's Raining Men, Love Shack, One Way or Another, SOS (Rescue Me), and Tu Y Yo.
Some of these you can do right away, others you have to buy and then some are only unlocked after you finish each characters story.

The song choices are kind of boring. My kids don't know most of the songs. I think they might know 3 or 4 of the above list. Even I don't know a lot of the songs. They have a mixture, but nothing exciting. The kids still have fun. They play in the easy mode, so it doesn't require them to do a lot.

There are three modes: easy, medium, hard. Basically, you earn points by singing the right words at the right time in the right key. It will tell you if you're doing bad or decent or good. With the points, you earn a medal and then you go to the store and buy clothes, stages, or songs.

The graphics are cartoonish. Not great, but not bad either. There are 5 characters: Lea, Jet, Julius, Bubba, and Kato.

There is a video maker I haven't tried yet.

You can adjust how much of the singer's voice you want. However, it's not the original artist.

Overall, it's fun to play. I like to do it when everyone else is out :)

I wish you could download more songs or more characters. I do recommend this game, but, because of the limitations, I would say it may not be the only sing/dance game you do buy.
