Pros: It has interesting rooms and cars
Cons: Using the numb-chucks and control at the same time is to hard for younger children.
The bottom line: OK if on sale - but spend your money on Mario or Cars instead.
I have a son 5 and 7 and they enjoy the game, but they need adult help.
They need help navigating with the numb chuck. There are other driving games that are easier if you are have younger children in the 5 to 8 range.
The rooms are fun and have a “Toy Story” movie appeal to them, that my 5 year old likes.
You have to unlock the rooms and cars and at their age levels this isn’t very appealing to them, or the skill levels do.
The eye hand coordination that my youngest has developed from all this is amazing. That is the one good thing about video games. (Not debating with anyone)
I would only buy this game if it was on sale; I would recommend spending your money on another driving game as Mario Kart or Cars where there are more interesting characters to hold the interest of you child. Unless they love Hot Wheels I would go with another video game.
This is two player game, which is sometimes hard to find where they can both play at the same time. But then again Mario or Cars you can both play at the same time.
So save your money and go with Mario or Cars
