Pros: Wiimote, Party game
Cons: Can get old, not all games are that good

The bottom line: Its a good deal as you get a wiimote, but not a "great" game

Wii Play is a at its core, a compilation of mini-games. It includes shooting range, find mii, table tennis, pose mii, laser hockey, billiards, fishing, charge, and tanks. It is best played with two people. It is also bundled with a wiimote.

Shooting Range is a game where you control the pointer and shoot targets like normal targets, cans, clay pigeons, and ufos. This is a fun game to play with a friend as you frantically try to aim at different targets to win.

Find Mii presents you with different finding objectives that you must do before the other player. For example, it may tell you to find two Miis that are the same. This is an ok game as you race against the clock and your friend to find the right Miis.

Table Tennis has you controlling the paddle in a game of ping pong. This one is just ok and probably won't keep you entertained for long.

Pose Mii is a very odd game that makes you point your controller and spin it in order to make your Mii fit into bubbles. You press A and B to do different poses and you have to spin it around to make your Mii perfectly match up with the image of the bubble. This is by far the worst of the minigames and you will probably only play once or twice.

Laser Hockey is a top-down version of air hockey. The controls do not seem to translate very well in this game which turns me off of it. Not awful, but probably not going to spend much time here.

Billiards is as you would expect it. It is a solid pool game and overall pretty fun if you like to play.

Fishing has you controlling the fishing pole as you try to catch fish in a pond. Although the cartoony drawn graphics are a bit weird in this game, it is actually quite fun to play with a friend as you try to steal each others fish.

Charge has you turn the wiimote sideways to control your Mii riding on a cow. You attempt to hit scarecrows and avoid hurdles. Again this game is not awful, but you probably won't spend much time on it.

Tanks is easily the best minigame that Wii Play offers. You control a tank and you attempt to pass increasingly more difficult levels of other tanks. This game is very fun and even better with a friend.

Wii Play has some fun games like shooting range, fishing, and tanks, but it also has some not so fun games like pose mii and laser hockey. Overall it is an ok game and is worth the extra ten dollars for the wiimote that is bundled with it.
