Dino Crisis 2 is absolutely AMAZING!!! The plot/storyline is one of the best ever in a computer game.
A great intro FMV starts you off as you run along the jungle path with a shotgun in your hand, raptors jump out from all sides and the music gets tense! This is one of the best starts to a game I have ever played absolutley thriling.
All the way through the game you are chased by T-Rex, Allosaurus or another dinosaur 5 times bigger than T-Rex (I cant remember the name of it)
Many cut scenes deepen the plot as you gradually learn more about the 3rd Energy Project. Their are over 1000 survivors you must save but the number is going down rapidly. In Edward city raptors have gone psyco and many men are dying by the hundreds.
With many weapons at your aid for example:
Shotgun
Handgun (powerful handgun)
Sub Machine Gun
Heavy Machine Gun
Flamethrower
Antitank Rifle (extremely powerful)
Rocket Launchers and more tools, items and bombs to use.
Graphics in the FMV scenes especially are amazing, in the FMV their are no pixels or jagged edges visible and in game the scenery is the same but the characters and enemies are a little fuzzy/block.
The music also sets the atmosphere and because the game is so action packed whenever there has been a quiet 5 minutes you know something bad is gonna arrive.
Sheer brainpower will help you through this game, (I progressed through it with my mate, he did most of the playing and I did the brain work)
This is a must buy game.
If you like Resident Evil Games or the first Dino Crisis GET THIS it will blow you away.
